New Machine Operator / Assembler / Inspection Positions – Derby / Ansonia, CT

Their manufacturing plant in the lower Naugatuck Valley area (Derby / Ansonia) is expanding its production team and seeking general Machine Operators and Assemblers. This position involves operating various general machines, performing in-process inspection, and handling tasks such as sorting, cutting and packing parts. This Machine Operator / Assembler role could be the perfect fit for you!

Machine Operator / Assembler Responsibilities:
- Operating machines and secondary equipment.
- Inspect parts as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Small piece assembly including wiring and soldering
Skills & Experience:
- Experience operating manufacturing machinery.
- Injection molding experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Understanding of in-process inspection procedures.
- Experience assembling small pieces including wiring and soldering.
